Surcharge of 33% of the monthly rent for an extra bed, or € 24.00 per night.

Studios

49 to 61 qm

Monthly rent for one or two people from € 1,291.00 to € 1,593.00

Flats

Living room (with sofa or extra beds), bedroom, dining room, kitchen, bathroom with bath, toilet, washing machine, WiFi, LAN, weekly cleaning
85 to 87 qm

Monthly rent for up to four people from € 1,852.00 to € 1,962.00

A final cleaning charge is added to the first or last month's rent.
Price list valid from August 2022 (including overheads and VAT). Prices are subject to change.
Sorry, we do not accept credit or debit cards. We request that the rent be paid within the first 10 days of the month – in cash at our office or in advance by bank transfer.
